Luanda - The President of Ethiopia, Sahle-Work Zewde, arrived, Thursday evening, in Luanda, for a visit of a few hours to Angola.
At the 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, the Ethiopian stateswoman received a welcome from the Foreign Affairs Minister, Téte António.
During her stay in Angola, President Sahle-Work Zewde is expected to meet with her Angolan counterpart, João Lourenço.
The Ethiopian Head of State is expected to return to her country on Friday.
Ethiopia has been in a civil war for about a year, with fighting moving closer to the capital, Addis Ababa.
