This is the first and the only Coronavirus show in Angola where the most ordinary citizens show their brilliant talents.
The heroes of the program are the most ordinary citizens - they share with the audience their songs, poems and real stories of how the Coronavirus pandemic affected their lives.
We launched the “Corona Voice show” campaign to provide a space for young women and men around Angola to share their views, experiences and initiatives.

Our girls back to school campaign is ongoing. Day 35
Today we invited Rosália, she will share with us the challenges she faces during the time of covid-19 pandemic.
Honestly, the coronavirus did not have a good impact on my studies.
Hello, my name is Rosaria Sebastiao, I am 15 years old, I study in the 9th grade and I will talk about the impact that Covid-19 had on me.
Rosaria How did the covid-19 affect you?
Covid-19 affected me in several ways because before the pandemic we had few classes and then the exams came, we had to write two exams simultaneously and with few classes it didn't work out, the result of the exams did not approve of my expectations. Honestly, the coronavirus did not have a good impact on my studies.
When did you stop studying since the beginning of the pandemic and when did you return to school?
We stopped studying in March and resumed in October last year.
Has anything changed at school in the meantime? What did you notice?
Sincerely the school conditions only got worse. We have few biosafety materials, it seems that people do not understand the real impact of this disease - many people are not preventing each other. We still see people embracing others some people violate the rules of social distance. In general, there is no security at school.
How have the teachers behaved?
Some teachers really understand the impact of this disease and prevent themselves as well as encourage students to prevent themselves. Other teachers do the opposite disrespect the prevention rules against covid-19 and do not encourage students to follow these same rules.
Have you been following the preventive measures against the coronavirus?
Individually I have been following.
Are you afraid of the coronavirus?
I believe that everyone is afraid, we know that this disease is fatal and leads to death.
So what are the preventive measures against the coronavirus that you follow?
Constant hand washing, disinfect them, maintain social distance between people. Basically, this is what we have been doing daily.
Disruptions to students ’academic years can have extreme consequences. Just three months of missed schooling can result in 1.5 years of learning loss years later. This is the impact COVID-19 is having on school-aged boys and girls across the globe.
Unfortunately, for girls, the impact of education loss during and even after COVID-19 closures is even greater.
We launched this campaign to ensure that every girl is able to learn while schools are closed and return to the classroom when schools safely reopen. Everyone can play a role in supporting girls education - whether you are a teacher, parent, student, journalist, policymaker, or simply a concerned citizen.
Don't miss this opportunity to bring girls back to school. Tell us your story!
Do you have a personal experience with the coronavirus would you like to share? Or a tip on how your town or community is handling the poverty among women?
