Covid-19: Angola reports 128 new infections, 14 recoveries

 At hundred and twenty-eight infections, four deaths and fourteen recovered is the balance of the last 24 hours, announced by the Secretary of State for Public Health, Franco Mufinda.

This is one case registered in Bengo province, the same number in Bié, 11 in Huíla and 115 in Luanda.

According to Mufinda, who was updating on the country's cases, the patients are aged between 10 and 70, 76 males and 52 females.

In relation to deaths, he said that they were Angolan citizens living in Luanda.

Those recovered were also registered only in the Angolan capital (Luanda).

Angola has 5,530 confirmed cases of Covid-19, with 199 deaths, 2,591 recovered patients and 2,740 active. Of the active 16 are in a critical state with invasive mechanical ventilation, 14 severe, 62 moderate, 250 have mild symptoms and 2,398 asymptomatic.
