THIS JUST IN US President Joe Biden has tested positive for Covid, the White House just announced in a statement.
President Biden is fully vaccinated according to the CDC guidelines which in the US means having been injected with the first and second vaccines and two boosters.
Experts warn that fully vaccinated individuals can still contract the virus although their symptoms are “very mild and usually doesn’t require hospitalization,” one doctor said.
President Biden was last week on a Middle East tour during which he visited Israel and the Saudi Arabia and met with several leaders in that region.
Although mask mandates on commercial airplanes has been stopped, Air Force One, the president’s plane still has a mask mandate.
