Luanda - The citizens that intend to buy their own house individually, through the Special Regime of Housing Credit, must present, among several documents, an Evaluation Report of the property to be acquired and a Promissory Contract of Purchase and Sale recognised by a notary public.
According to the requirements disclosed this week on the website of the eligible commercial banks, the list of documents also includes a Declaration of Termination of Contractual Position, issued by the owner of the property, and an updated Land Registry Certificate, mentioning the detachment of the property.
Additionally, clients must present a Letter of Credit Application, copies of the Identity Card (BI) and Taxpayer Card, as well as a Declaration of Salary Consignment and updated Residence Certificate or Declaration of Address Confirmation.
In case the applicant is married, under the community of goods regime and/or there is co-partnership of the spouse, he/she must attach the Marriage Certificate or Declaration of Union in Fact, Declaration of Consent of the Spouse, Income Declaration (in case he/she works), copies of ID and Taxpayer Card.
