Journalists will start receiving the first professional portfolios within fifteen days.
Luísa Rogério was speaking at ceremony of the new facilities that will house the institution.
All the conditions have been created, including the Commission's logo and the model of the portfolio, to ensure physical and digital support.
In order to be entitled to professional portfolio, the journalist will have to pay a value, she said, without disclosing the amount.
Journalists will be registered through the CCE portal (www.cce.ao), which is already available.
To gain access to the professional portfolio, the candidate is required to have a degree in Media or journalism or have more than five years of profession.
In his turn, the Minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication, Manuel Homem, who formally delivered the facilities to house the institution, pledged the Executive commitment to continue securing institutional support for better functioning of journalists.
