i. Social Etiquette: The golden rule of etiquette is to treat people the way they want to be treated. 

ii. Business Etiquette: This is based on hierarchy and power in work place (an organization).

5. WHAT IS NETWORKING?
Networking is the  process of interacting with others to exchange information and develop professional or social contacts. It is also means  who knows you and who you know.

NETWORKING TIPS

i.  Have a one minute pitch ready about yourself to go at anytime
ii. Plan ahead why you need and want to meet, do research and be prepared with conversational questions and points
iii.  Set a goal for your networking opportunities
iv.  Be yourself, focus on making a connection that can lead to more conversations
v.    Be curious
vi.   Follow up
vii.  Be extra helpful and resources
viii. Always focus on relationship building.

The wrong ways of networking are;
i. Only networking when you need a job or favor
ii.   Not offering help
iii.  Not following up
iv.  Rejecting a connection because of status
v. Staying in your comfort zone.

i. Networking helps to build your self confidence
ii. Your network can be an excellent source of new perspectives and ideas to help you in your role
iii. It is about sharing not taking so you gain and contribute to the market knowledge in your field and industry

v. You have unfiltered access to job opportunities (sometimes before that are ever made public) career advice and support.
